About
Setupp started as a list of complaints.
It began at SLIC, a small performance agency that kept taking calls its scheduler should have stopped. Everything that went wrong got written down, and Setupp is the scheduler that fixes it.
Why this exists
Three calls went wrong. All three were the scheduler’s fault.

One booking. One calendar invite.
A client books a call that two of us need to be on. The invite lands in exactly one inbox.
The other person finds out in Slack, or doesn't find out at all. Every tool we tried treated the second person as an accessory: a notification, a CC, a checkbox on a plan we'd have to upgrade to. A call with two people on our side of the table isn't an edge case. It happens every week.
- 02
No qualification before the call.
The agency works with brands spending $30,000 a month or more on paid media. The booking page had no idea.
So a founder spending $5,000 a month takes a Tuesday afternoon slot, and thirty minutes later both sides politely agree it isn't a fit. That is a fact five form fields could have established in forty seconds. We were paying for it in half-hours, twice a week, for a year.

No intelligence on who's booking.
Even the good ones arrived cold. A name, an email, a start time. Nothing else.
So before every call: open their site, dig through the ad library, guess the spend, form an opinion, hope. Fifteen minutes of research per meeting, or walk in and improvise. The scheduler had collected the answers and then did nothing with them.
None of it needed AI to notice. It needed somebody to decide that the thirty seconds before a booking matter more than the booking button.
What we hold ourselves to
Four promises the product keeps for us.
Priced per workspace, never per user.
Hiring someone does not change your bill. Passing your plan's host limit does, and nothing else.
PricingNothing kept about the people you turn away.
We keep which of your rules said no, and when. We never keep their name, their email or their answers.
Privacy policyEvery permission, shown word for word.
Before you connect a calendar you can read exactly what Setupp will be able to see.
IntegrationsLive means it works today.
An integration is called live when it works on a real booking. Everything else says where it stands.
Who builds it
Built by someone who takes the same calls you do.
Setupp is built by its founder, Vedant Kulkarni, at SLIC, the performance agency where those three calls happened.
Talk to the founder
A question, a bug, or a rule you cannot express yet. Write in and it goes straight to the person who builds Setupp.
Stop taking calls you would have declined.
Connect a calendar, add the questions you already ask on every call, and set your minimum. It takes about twenty minutes, and it saves the half hours you spend finding out a call was never going to work.
Free for one host, for as long as you like. You don’t need a card or a sales call to start.
