Hosts are a setting in Setupp, the way a calendar connection is a setting. Add one, and the invoice doesn’t notice until you cross the limit on your plan.

No seat maths: Nobody has to audit who still needs a licence at the end of the quarter.

Prices are per workspace, per month, in USD. Host limits are 1, 3, 10 and 50. Bookings, intake submissions, declines and Scores are never metered.

Read this bit

$12 per user per month is a representative rate, not a quote from any particular company. Substitute whatever your current tool charges per host. The comparison holds because of the shape, not the number. Theirs is a slope. Ours steps twice and then stops.

We are not claiming other schedulers can’t put several hosts on an event. They can. We are claiming it shouldn’t cost more every time you hire.

Pricing questions

What people check before they put a card in.

Is it really never per user?

Never. The price is attached to the workspace. Pro includes 3 hosts, Team includes 10, Business includes 50. If you hire two people this quarter, the invoice is identical next quarter unless you crossed a host limit.

What happens when I outgrow my host limit?

You move up a tier. That's the only pricing event in the product. No seat maths, no proration for individual people, no admin adding and removing users to stay under a number.

Are bookings or scores metered?

No. Every booking is scored on every plan, including Free. We don't charge per booking, per score, per intake submission or per decline.

Is there a free plan or just a trial?

A real free plan: one host, one event type, intake forms, and the Setupp Score on every booking. It carries a small Setupp badge on the booking page. Paid plans remove it.

Can I bring my own domain?

The native embed puts the booking flow on your own domain, styled by your own page. That is what it is for. Hosted booking pages live on Setupp.

What if I only ever need one host?

Then Free might genuinely be enough, and Pro exists mainly for the qualification gate, the embed and removing the badge. We'd rather you underspend than churn.
