Comparisons
Compared, without quoting anybody else’s prices.
Every page below states what Setupp does and the tier it does it on, and asks you for the one number that decides a switch: what you are actually paying now. Nothing here can go stale, because nothing here is a claim about anybody but us.
Which is the point. If a comparison page can be written without knowing anything about the other product, it cannot be wrong about the other product. What differs between these five is which question the reader arrived with, and which readers each one should send away.
Pick the one you typed
Five comparisons, alphabetically.
Not ranked. Ranking five products we do not describe would be an opinion with nothing underneath it.
The intake form is a gate, not a form.
My intake form collects answers nobody reads until it is too late. Can the answers actually decide something?
Not for you if: You are booking appointments rather than meetings: classes, recurring sessions, packages, deposits, or anything that takes payment at the point of booking. Setupp has no payments, no packages and no class scheduling, and is built around a meeting with named hosts.
Read the comparisonHosted, flat-priced, and the calendar is conditional.
Can I stop paying per seat without running scheduling infrastructure myself?
Not for you if: Self-hosting is the requirement. There is no self-hosted edition of Setupp, the source is not published, and neither is planned. If the point is that it runs on your own hardware under your own control, nothing further down this page changes that and you should stop reading here.
Read the comparisonA scheduler that asks who is booking, before it books.
Am I paying per seat for people who barely book, and can I stop anybody who finds the link from taking an hour?
Not for you if: You need scheduling for a team that books across dozens of separate calendars with per-person branding and its own domain. This is one workspace with one booking surface.
Read the comparisonQualify the inbound. Route it simply.
Can I qualify inbound meetings without an enterprise contract, and what do I give up?
Not for you if: Routing is the requirement: by territory, by account owner looked up in a CRM, by round-robin weighting, by named-account list. Setupp has round robin and collective assignment and nothing that reads a CRM record to pick an owner. That is a real gap and no part of this page pretends otherwise.
Read the comparisonThe bill stops being a function of headcount.
At what team size does a flat price actually beat what I pay per seat?
Not for you if: You are one or two people and the per-seat rate you actually pay is low. The calculator below will say so plainly rather than rendering a zero, and below the crossover a per-seat plan really is cheaper.
Read the comparisonThe only prices on this site
Four of them, per workspace, and hosts are included.
Read out of the same constants the pricing page renders, so this table and that one cannot disagree.
| Plan | Hosts included | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | Free |
| Pro | 3 | $19 |
| Team | 10 | $49 |
| Business | 50 | $129 |
Nothing is metered per booking at any tier, so a good month costs the same as a quiet one. Adding a host is a setting rather than a purchase, until you cross the number on your plan.
About these pages
Why they are written this way.
Why is there no feature table with other products in it?
Because it would be wrong within a quarter and nobody re-reads a comparison page. Every product on this list ships changes we would not see, and a table that is out by one tier is worse than no table at all. So each page states only what Setupp does, at the tier it does it on, read out of the same entitlements table the product enforces.
Then how do I compare the price?
You type in what you actually pay. Every page has a calculator that takes your seat count and your per-seat rate and works out the crossover against our published prices. A team on an annual contract with a negotiated rate and two dormant seats is not paying list, so a table of list prices would have answered a question you do not have.
Do the pages ever say to stay where I am?
Every one of them, in a section headed 'when not to move', written before the rest of the page. Below the crossover a per-seat plan really is cheaper, there is no importer, and there are things Setupp does not do at all. A comparison page that cannot reach 'don't' is an advert with a calculator drawn on it.
Is Setupp affiliated with any of these companies?
No. None of them. Each name is a trademark of its owner and is used only to name the thing being compared against, which is why no page states a price or a feature on anybody else's behalf.
