Terms of Service

By creating a Setupp account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Setupp.

Setupp is a meeting scheduling platform that supports multi-recipient bookings, qualification gating, and AI-generated compatibility scoring. Features may evolve over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Setupp.

Don't use Setupp to send spam, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or violate the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Pricing is flat per workspace. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.

You can cancel at any time. Your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which paid features become unavailable.

Setupp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may modify these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
