Setupp Score
Know which call to prepare for before it starts.
Every booking arrives with a number from 0 to 10, the answers that decided it, and a line on what to do. Everyone is measured against the same questions and weights.
- On every plan, Free included
- Every booking is scored. Nothing is metered.
- Your criteria, your weights
- From Pro, describe the customer you want in plain English and say what matters most.
- Only you see it
- It goes to your dashboard and your host email. The booker never sees a number.
Two bookings, one scale
Same questions. Same weights. Two very different calls.
Both cleared your gate and booked. The number tells you which one to prepare for.

- 3 of your channels
An expansion mandate rather than a fix-it mandate, which is where retainers get large.

Moderate- $15K to $30K/mo
- A quarter out
- Shared decision
- Meta only
Less surface area for you to add value. Worth fifteen minutes rather than thirty.

You describe the customer you want
One paragraph in your own words, plus the criteria that matter and how much each one weighs.
- 02
Every answer is read against it
Each criterion scores 0 to 10 and they combine by weight. Rules you marked as flags take points off.
- 03
You get the number and the reason
Two to four plain sentences you can read while the call connects.
Five colours. After a week you read the colour, not the number.
The same bands run through the dashboard, the host email and, from Team, the meeting document, so a 9.7 looks like a 9.7 everywhere it appears.
The booker never sees any of it. They see a quick booking page and nothing else.

Questions
Questions about the score.
How is the Setupp Score calculated?
You write a paragraph describing your ideal customer, plus the criteria that matter and how much each one weighs. Every intake submission is scored against those criteria, 0 to 10 each, combined by weight. Rules you marked as flags subtract from the total. If the model path is unavailable, a deterministic rules-based fallback produces the number instead, and the card tells you which one ran.
Does the person booking see their score?
No. The Score, the reasoning and the per-criterion signals are operator-facing. They appear in your dashboard and your host email, and in the meeting document on the Team plan and up, and nowhere else. The booker sees a form, a calendar and a confirmation.
Are bookings or scores metered?
No. Every booking is scored on every plan, including Free. We don't charge per booking, per score, per intake submission or per decline.
Stop taking calls you would have declined.
Connect a calendar, add the questions you already ask on every call, and set your minimum. It takes about twenty minutes, and it saves the half hours you spend finding out a call was never going to work.
Free for one host, for as long as you like. You don’t need a card or a sales call to start.
