Qualification gate

The form comes before the calendar.

The booker answers your questions first. Miss your rule and they get a polite no before a single time appears. Clear it and they pick from real free time.

An example month on one workspace

11 companies asked for a call. Your rule turned away everyone spending under $15,000 a month on ads before any time appeared. 6 booked. 5 were turned away, which kept 2.5 hours of your week free.

Most schedulers ask their questions after the slot is already gone from your week. Setupp asks first.

What the booker sees

One gets your message. The other gets your calendar.

The person turned away never sees a time slot or learns where your line is. The person who clears it picks from real free time.

Turned away

We’re not the right fit. Yet.

We work with brands spending $15,000+ per month on paid media, so we wouldn't be able to move the needle for you yet. We'd rather say that now than after a call.

The message is yours, written once per rule.

Questions

Questions about turning people away.

What actually happens when someone is declined?

They get a page with the message you wrote for that rule. No availability, no slots, no mention of the threshold they missed. Nothing about the person is stored: not their name, their email or their answers. We keep only which of your rules said no and when, so you can see whether a rule is turning away people you wanted. Our privacy policy lists that table in full.

Can two event types ask different questions?

From the Team plan, yes. Intake forms, qualification rules and scoring profiles attach at the event-type level, so a discovery call and a partnership call can ask completely different questions and enforce completely different floors. Free and Pro use one form and one set of rules across the workspace, which is enough for most people until it isn't.

What if I only ever need one host?

Then Free might genuinely be enough, and Pro exists mainly for the qualification gate, the embed and removing the badge. We'd rather you underspend than churn.

Stop taking calls you would have declined.

Connect a calendar, add the questions you already ask on every call, and set your minimum. It takes about twenty minutes, and it saves the half hours you spend finding out a call was never going to work.

Free for one host, for as long as you like. You don’t need a card or a sales call to start.
