Multi-host invites
Everyone on your side of the table gets the same invite.
The calendar event, the video link and the confirmation email go to every host on the booking, exactly as they go to the booker. Nobody has to forward anything.
- One event, equal guests
- Every host is an attendee on the same event, with one video link.
- Collective or round robin
- Everyone on the call on every paid plan. One host per booking, whoever is free, from Team.
- Hosts are a setting, not a seat
- The bill changes only when you pass your plan's host limit.

Collective assignment on every paid plan: everyone on the call is invited. Round robin, one host per booking from whoever is free, from Team.
The actual difference
Putting several hosts on a call isn’t new. Paying for each one is.
Under per-seat pricing every host needs a paid seat, so five hosts is five subscriptions. On Setupp a host is a setting. You add one the way you add a calendar.
Per seat
$60/mo
5 hosts at $12 each
Setupp Team
$49/mo
up to 10 hosts, flat
- Pro$19/mo
- 3 hosts
- Team$49/mo
- 10 hosts
- Business$249/mo
- 50 hosts
$12 a seat is a typical rate used for illustration, not a quote from any particular product.
Questions
Questions about hosts.
Can other schedulers put more than one host on an event?
Yes. Collective and round-robin event types exist elsewhere and they work properly, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. The difference is the invoice. Under per-seat pricing each host on the event generally needs their own paid seat, so a five-person team pays five times. Setupp includes 3 hosts on Pro, 10 on Team and 50 on Business at one flat workspace price.
What counts as a host?
Anyone who can be put on a booking. Hosts are a workspace setting. You add one the way you would add a calendar. Nothing about your bill changes until you cross the host limit on your plan.
Is it really never per user?
Never. The price is attached to the workspace. Pro includes 3 hosts, Team includes 10, Business includes 50. If you hire two people this quarter, the invoice is identical next quarter unless you crossed a host limit.
What happens when I outgrow my host limit?
You move up a plan, and that is the only time your price changes. You never count seats, and nobody has to remove people to stay under a number.
Stop taking calls you would have declined.
Connect a calendar, add the questions you already ask on every call, and set your minimum. It takes about twenty minutes, and it saves the half hours you spend finding out a call was never going to work.
Free for one host, for as long as you like. You don’t need a card or a sales call to start.
