How it works
What happens when Anthropic is connected
The Setupp Score's reasoning is generated from the booker's intake answers. Intake fields marked private are excluded from the model prompt and from the rules engine's signals, so an operator can ask a sensitive question without it becoming model context.
If the API key is absent or the call fails, a deterministic rules engine produces the score instead and the booking records model: "rules". A score is always produced; where it came from is always recorded.

What Setupp accesses
This is not something you connect. It is part of how Setupp runs, listed here because security reviewers are right to ask where the data goes.
No OAuth scopes. Setupp authenticates to this service with a server-side key that is never sent to a browser.
