What happens when Zoom is connected
Zoom is connected per host, not per workspace, so the meeting is created on the account of the host who owns the booking rather than on a shared one.
The meeting is created before the calendar invite is written, so the join link is in the invitation every attendee receives rather than arriving in a second email.
Zoom rotates the refresh token on every use and invalidates the previous one. Setupp will not refresh a Zoom token unless it has somewhere to persist the replacement. Refreshing without saving would burn the connection on the next call.
The booker's answers to the intake form go into the meeting agenda. Fields marked private on the form are excluded, the same way they are excluded from the model prompt.
